Disclaimer for used parts: All used items sold at Westoz Phoenix, Inc. (Westoz) have been deemed a total loss by insurance experts and are sold as salvage, as-is, and are not considered road worthy. Customers are responsible for checking the condition, suitability and road-worthiness of the part prior to installation or use. Westoz is not liable for labor costs, downtime, injury to persons, or damage to vehicles, buildings, contents or equipment due to part failure or malfunction. Westoz does not service or install parts and recommends all customers have their purchases checked by an expert prior to installation and use. This disclaimer statement supersedes any Westoz written or verbal communication that states otherwise. 

Additional disclaimers: Mileage stated verbally, on invoices, advertising, odometers, engine ECM's, titles may or may not be accurate. Buyer assumes all risks and responsibilities. Vehicles sold do not have a warranty and the seller is under no obligation for repairs. All items purchased and not picked up within 30 days will be forfeited.

Deposit policy: If parts or vehicle is not paid for in full within by date specified or 30 days whichever comes first deposit will be forfeited and item may be sold.
